1. Can I order an item as a gift?
Yes, we do offer gift wrapping service at an additional $3. Just indicate "GIFT" in the message box during the transaction and we'll be sure ribbons and bows will be attached!

Yes, we ship worldwide based on standard shipping and handling charges.

3. Do you offer shipping discounts if I order multiple items?
Yes, discount shipping will be applied to multiple items sent to one address. All orders over $100 are automatically qualified for Free Shipping.

4. When will I get my order?
All of our orders are usually processed within 48 hours after completed transaction. Packages are then mailed out by Canada Post Air Service. Express shipping (1-3 Business Days) can be requested at additional cost. Send us an email if you wish to use expedited service. 6. I can't find that dress I was looking at
Our collections are updated daily with different designer samples. All our items are first come first serve basis. Once the item is out of stock, it will no longer be listed.

Absolutely! Express shipping can be requested at additional cost. If you wish to use the Expedited or Next-day service, please send us a message along with your order number to: orders@northerncouture.com

We base shipping costs on the weight of each item. The shipping price is listed on the same page as the item's listing. All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post Air Service. **Note international shipping (outside of US & Canada) will be adjusted accordingly.
